Compliance Statement for ZenithHash Service Agreement

By accessing or using the ZenithHash cloud mining platform ("ZenithHash", "we", "our", or "us"), I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to comply fully with the terms and conditions outlined in the ZenithHash Service Agreement.

I further confirm my understanding and commitment regarding the following areas:

1. Eligibility

  • I am at least 18 years of age, meeting the minimum legal age requirement to access ZenithHash services.
  • I confirm that my use of ZenithHash complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
  • I understand that ZenithHash may restrict access from certain jurisdictions in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

2. Services Provided

  • I understand that ZenithHash offers cloud mining services for supported digital assets, and that rewards are distributed based on contract terms, mining performance, and network conditions.
  • I acknowledge that ZenithHash may modify, suspend, or discontinue any services, features, or platform functionality at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
  • I understand that ZenithHash does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice and that all activities are undertaken at my own discretion and risk.

3. Account Registration

  • I have provided accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including personal, account, and payment details.
  • I agree to participate in any verification processes required by ZenithHash, including Know Your Customer (KYC), to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • I accept responsibility for securing my account credentials and for all activities conducted under my account.
  • I will promptly notify ZenithHash of any unauthorized access or security breaches affecting my account.

4. Payments and Fees

  • I acknowledge that all pricing, fees, and payout details related to mining contracts are clearly displayed on the ZenithHash website.
  • I understand that all payments are final and non-refundable unless expressly indicated otherwise by ZenithHash.
  • I agree that ZenithHash may deduct applicable maintenance, operational, or network-related fees from mining rewards as outlined in the Service Agreement.
  • I recognize that payment processing may involve third-party providers and that ZenithHash is not responsible for delays or errors originating from such providers.

5. Rewards and Withdrawals

  • I understand that mining rewards are dependent on actual mining output, network conditions, contract terms, and other relevant factors.
  • I acknowledge that withdrawal processing times may vary due to blockchain confirmation delays, third-party processor performance, or other external factors beyond ZenithHash's reasonable control.
  • I agree that ZenithHash is not liable for delays, interruptions, or failures in reward distribution caused by factors outside its control.

6. User Responsibilities

  • I agree to use ZenithHash services solely for lawful purposes and to refrain from any prohibited, fraudulent, or illegal activities.
  • I accept responsibility for understanding and complying with all tax obligations associated with cryptocurrency mining and rewards in my jurisdiction.
  • I understand that misuse of services, fraudulent behavior, or violation of the Service Agreement may result in suspension, termination, or other enforcement actions.

7. Risk Acknowledgment

  • I understand that engaging in digital asset activities, including mining and trading, involves inherent risks such as market volatility, liquidity issues, and regulatory changes.
  • I acknowledge that ZenithHash does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, profit, or return from the use of its services.
  • I confirm that I have independently assessed these risks and accept full responsibility for my decisions.

8. Security and Liability

  • I acknowledge that ZenithHash employs industry-standard security measures to protect user data, accounts, and assets.
  • I agree to take reasonable steps to secure my account, including enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).
  • I understand that ZenithHash is not liable for losses resulting from my negligence or failure to implement recommended security measures.

9. Termination of Services

  • I acknowledge that ZenithHash may suspend or terminate my account for violations of the Service Agreement or applicable laws.
  • I understand that I may close my account at any time by submitting a formal request to ZenithHash support.
  • I accept that termination does not relieve me of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • I agree that this Agreement and my use of ZenithHash services are governed by the laws of Norway.
  • I consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Norway for any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement.
